#SATURDAYRECOMMENDATIONS PT.2:MUSIC
Detroit Native, Finally Famous Member, and King of Foolay, is the soundtrack to a fun filled life entitled “Party Up” by Earlly Macmillion aka Earlly Mac.
You may have heard him on “Mr. Incredible” and “Hollywood” two tracks featured on Big Sean’s second mixtape “FINALLY FAMOUS VOL.2: UKNOWBIGSEAN”.
Earlly Mac, uses a lot of the break down of words and emphasizes them flow, but he actually one of the rappers who originate it. The Mixtape also features hilarious skits throughout tracks with two women imitating Detroit Hoodrats.
Overall, the mixtape is quality from beginning to end and the perfect tape to enjoy your summer to.
STANDOUT TRACKS:
1. Cartier and Cavior
2. Tribal Bands
3. Macaroni ft. KeY Wane

While out in Philly, Ross brings out Diddy, DJ Khaled, and newly signed artist Meek Mill. Good to see hip hop artists can still pack out arenas. If you’re in the New York area tonight, check out The Cool Kids performing with Travis Barker during the New York stop of the tour

Next week, Jonathan Mannion will appear at Back in the Days!, an annual Hip Hip festival started back in 2006 that showcases photography, music, graffiti and print graphics from rap’s golden era during the 80s and 90s. Having shot five different album covers for Jay-Z and done photography for nearly every artist in the hip hop scene from Lil Wayne to Pharrell, Mannion will join other artists, photographers and performers for the festival on Sunday March 27 at La Bellevilloise in Paris.

½ of The Cool Kids, Formerly known as Mikey Rocks, it’s the debut solo mixtape from Sir Michael Rocks.
“The Rocks Report” is good on many levels, such as customized polo logo on the artwork and the production level bestowed upon listeners. The Tape begins with a speaker banging track which features Chuck Inglish and a chorus performed by one of the sexiest voices I’ve heard from a woman. Then, the tape gets a plus for the hilarious skits entitled “Times Are Hard”, that you will have to hear for yourself.
Overall, I didn’t expect such a good quality of work to come from him being solo, so I must recommend this to all listeners of Music.
Standout Tracks:
1. Hate Me Too ft. Sir Charles
2. Bahamas
3. Over and Over ft. Phil Ade

#SATURDAYRECOMMENDATIONS: MUSIC
Probably Jay-Z’s most underrated and unappreciated album ever released, Kingdom Come may be his most lyrical entry because Jigga was in a total different state of life when the album released.
Kingdom Come is based off the DC storyline (entitled the same as the album), When Superman and the other heroes step away and all the younger heroes are ruining the state of the world, which causes the old heroes to return to set the world where it was. Much like the comic story, When Jay-Z stepped away it’s like hip hop was going away and couldn’t survive without the presence of Jay-Z or so he felt.
Also, the album have a continuing theme of Maturity, as Jay-Z speaks on how he moved on from his younger tactics and see the world from a greater perspective.
Standout Tracks:
1. The Prelude
2. Beach Chair ft. Chris Martin
3. Lost Ones ft. Chrisette Michele
